Splash your birthday party in Swim-in Zone. Your birthday child and all their friends will have a great time. Swim-in Zone's warm water pool and large multipurpose room is available for your child's next birthday party. Swim-in Zone has changing and showering facilities. Guests may use our noodles, diving rings and lifejackets. Basic parties are 1 hr and 45 minutes long and may be reserved for Saturdays or Sundays from 12:45-2:30 or 3:30-5:15pm and summer only Friday party from 4-5:45pm. Additional time from 3-4pm on Fridays may be purchased at $50. Each party group swims for 45 minutes in our 3.5-5ft. deep pool and parties in the multi-purpose room for 1 hour (non-exclusive use of both the pool and the multipurpose room). Plus parties are 2 hours and may be reserved for Saturdays or Sundays from 12:45-2:45 or 3:30-5:30 pm and summer only Friday party from 4-6pm. Additional time from 3-4pm on Fridays may be purchased at $50. Each party group swims for 1 hour in our 3.5-5ft. pool and parties in the multi-purpose room for 1 hour (non-exclusive use of both the pool and the multipurpose room). Exclusive parties are 2 hours and 15 minutes and may be reserved on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:15-8:30. Your group swims for 1 hour and 15 minutes in out 3.5-5ft. pool and parties in the multi-purpose room for 1 hour (exclusive use of facility) Reservations may also be made on school holidays or weekdays by request. Set up may begin 15 minutes before the party. Swim-in Zone will supply lifeguard, tables, chairs and the use of our refrigerator/freezer. Parents or party host supply all refreshments, cake, snacks, food, paper supplies, favors, decorations etc. Area pizza restaurants deliver to Swim-in Zone. The party honoree receives a Swim-in Zone birthday party shirt. We ask that you swim first and eat later. We also do not permit food in the pool area- for lots of reasons including pool filter, attracting ants and other creatures, spilling etc.
Supervision: SERIOUSLY. SAFETY FIRST. Nothing can ruin a wonderful party more than an accident. Children ages 6 and younger. 6 year olds can just about stand in our 4 ft. depth. For this reason we require one adult to go into the water with children who are less than 52 inches tall. We have a lifeguard on duty, but to avoid a traumatizing incident, parents in the water are necessary to immediately help a child who falls off the step or noodle. We have found that it is almost impossible to watch more than 6, 6 year olds at a time so the best ratio is 1 adult for each 6 children. The party host must consider that some 6 year olds are pretty good swimmers and some are not. If an adult or teenager over 15 years old is not available to go into the water with the children who cannot stand, we require ALL the children who cannot stand to wear lifejackets regardless of swimming ability. We find that children ages <11 are best suited for Swim-in Zone Swim Parties. Children older than 10-11, especially boys, quickly become bored. Children who are very young require an adult with each child. This is for the children's own safety and the peace of mind for the parent and party host. The party host may require the children to wear U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets which Swim-in Zone will provide. Swim-in Zone does not permit any kind of flotation devices other than U.S. Coast Guard approved devices. Swim diapers: Swim-in Zone requires double swim diapers- a disposable swim diaper and a NON-DISPOSABLE swim diaper or rubber pants. For birthday party guests who arrive with only a disposable swim diaper, we will provide a loaner non-disposable swim diaper to wear over the disposable swim diaper. Parents may also purchase a non-disposable swim diaper in our store. Children over age 6. If ALL the children are 52 inches tall and can stand in 4 ft. of water, an adult must be in the pool area, but does not need to be in the water. All Swim-in Zone rules and policies apply to groups. See pool rules. PLEASE NO FOOD IN THE POOL ROOM. It draws ants and it can a problem as it gets into the filtration equipment. Parents: Parents and adults are encouraged to get into the water and play with the children. There is no charge for adults in the pool supervising a party. Call our office to reserve your spot today. ALL PARTIES INCLUDE Swim-in Zone T-shirt for party honoree, lifeguards (1 for regular parties, 2 for evening exclusive parties) tables, chairs, use of refrigerator and cleanup Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Use: Only the Saturday or Sunday evening Exclusive Party has exclusive use of the pool and party room. Basic and Plus Parties have non-exclusive use and will share the pool with families and lap swimmers, and may find some swimming lesson classes underway. We have plenty of room in the pool for all these activities, unless you have greater than 50 attendees in your party. Some parents may be observing swim lesson classes through the party room viewing windows. Invitations include preprinted directions to Swim-in Zone and our official waiver that must be signed by anyone entering the pool area Payment Terms: $50 upon scheduling. The rest is due no later than 48 hours prior to event. Additional fees may be paid the day of the party. Cancellation or Reschedule Fees: More than 30 days before event - full refund of deposit. No charge to reschedule. 2-3 weeks before the event refund of deposit minus $20 service charge. $20 to reschedule to another day. 14 or less days prior to the party - Loss of deposit- no refund. $50 to reschedule to another day. If Swim-in Zone, Inc. cancels the party and no other date can be found, the full deposit will be refunded.
