REGISTRATION FEE required for all memberships, punch cards and swim lessons. NON-REFUNDABLE

Non-refundable $35 per family for the first year upon initial registration and then $15.00 per year thereafter upon that anniversary date.  Only registered participants may participate in Swim-in Zone programs.  Drop-in family or lap swim participants or birthday parties do not need to pay the registration fee. EVERYONE swimming or using our facility must have a signed waiver on file.

  Swim-in Zone groups swimmers by AGE first, then ability. Our classes for age 3 to 1st grade will be 30 minutes long regardless of ability, and those in 2nd grade and up will all be 45 minutes. The older children with the longer attention span will have plenty of time and the younger ones will be excited to be with children their own age.

  We will make exceptions to the age first then ability policy if the parent believes that it will benefit the swimmer and not disrupt the lesson for the other swimmers in the group.

All lesson fees are on a one-session prepaid policy. Swim lesson participants must pay the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee.

Lessons are priced per lesson and grouped in sessions. Our sessions are purposely designed to be 11 or more weeks long. We have found that the children make tremendous progress in the longer sessions. We will not accept a child into our program for only part of the session because our lesson plans are designed for 12 or more weeks. The children will not complete the skills or activities in the level color or have enough time to practice them. 

 All lessons must be prepaid 3 weeks before the session starts. No lesson will be scheduled without prepayment.

We offer a half payment option with a $5 service fee. 1/2 payment plus the service charge is due upon registration with the remaining balance due 5 weeks into the session. You are obligated to pay the second half when the "2nd half payment is due". You owe this amount irrespective of the number of classes or make-ups attended prior to the date. Withdrawing from swim lessons is subject to a $40 withdrawal fee/per student. 

Cancellation Policy- no refunds

    If you withdraw from class prior to the start of all the classes for that session, you will receive a FULL CREDIT on your account. If you withdraw from classes after the session start date or during the session- you will be charged for all scheduled classes up to that date whether attended or not, plus a $40 cancellation fee per student. Any remaining credit will be placed on your account. Credit placed on your account can be used for future lessons, birthday party, family swim etc. REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

DROP-IN SWIMMERS Drop-in rate $10 per adult, $8 for ages 7-18 and $5 for children ages 6-3. Children 2 an under are free. Drop-ins must sign a waiver. Children 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water with them regardless of swimming ability.

Lap swimmers must share lanes. If there are more than 2 in a lane, swimmers must circle swim. Swim-in Zone is primarily a facility for children and families, and lap swimmers may occasionally find toys or children in the lane. It may also be noisy at times, especially on weekends or during a school holiday.

Please note - All children under 14 years old should be accompanied by an adult for the entire time they are in the facility. Children 9years and older may be permitted to be in our facility unaccompanied if they are attending a class, practice or activity and their parent has signed a release as well as the waiver and has provided us with a cell phone number. Children 5 and under regardless of swimming ability must be accompanied in the water by an adult. Children who are not 52" tall must be accompanied in the water by an adult.   No floaties, swimmies, inner tubes, float suits, etc. are permitted at Swim-in Zone, only US Coast Guard approved flotation devices.        

Children 5 and under are free for members and are not counted in family size.

“Family Status” means immediate family members living under the same roof, including dependents under the age of 21

NOTE: Senior Citizens receive an additional 10% discount from all membership fees.

PUNCH CARDS- no expiration date. No registration fee required.

 Waivers are required of all participants. May swim during open swim times.
