Please print your selected form (PDF format) from the links below and send the completed registration form and signed waiver with a check to Swim-in Zone 4355 Saucon Creek Rd. Center Valley PA. 18034. Check should include the family registration fee,  and the appropriate fee for either the lessons, membership, party or Red Cross class. Registration forms can also be faxed to: 610-625-4850. Registrations can also be accepted over the phone.

Missed Classes

 If a class is missed for whatever reason, you have your choice of a family swim pass or you may take a make-up class on one of our make-up days.  See Make-up Policy and Swim Lesson Policies at the bottom of this page.

 

Cancellation Policy- no refunds

    If you withdraw from class 7 or more days prior to the start of all the classes for that session, you will receive a FULL CREDIT on your account. If you withdraw from classes at any other time- less than 7 days prior to the session start date or during the session- you will be charged for all scheduled classes up to that date plus a $40 cancellation fee per student. Any remaining credit will be placed on your account. Credit placed on your account can be used for future lessons, birthday party, family swim, merchandise, etc.

 

 

A separate waiver must be signed for anyone involved in any activity at Swim-in Zone. including any party or group activity taking place at Swim-in Zone.

 

Absolutely everyone needs a waiver - no exceptions.

 Swim Lesson Policies:

Although we will try to accommodate all students, some classes will fill quite promptly, and so all students may not find a time or day suitable to family needs. Registrations will be processed on a first come first serve basis and so get your registration to us as soon a possible.

 

If it appears a student has enrolled into a skill level that is inappropriate, there will be a reassignment based on family time and day preferences in order to maximize their potential for learning and fun.  Every effort will be made to satisfy everyone.

Make up Policy

Swimmers who miss a lesson for whatever reason are given their choice of a family swim pass good for any family swim time or a make-up lesson on one of our make-up days.  We cannot disrupt a class in progress with the addition of a new student for just one class, and as you can guess, hoping students into and out of classes creates a scheduling nightmare. Since the parent is the teacher in the parent/child classes, parent/child classes can be made-up by attending another parent/child class already on the schedule. Flexible scheduling is also an option for the swim team in that they may make up a missed practice at another regularly scheduled practice.

No questions will be asked about the the missed class. All classes whether cancelled by Swim-in Zone or the client will be made-up on designated make-up days. Additional days may be added for weather cancellations.

Call for dates and times for the make-up group lessons.

Private lessons will be arranged individually, but only 2 private lessons per session can be rescheduled for a 12 week session and 3 for a 15 or 16 week session. If more lessons are missed, the swimmer must attend the make-up session. 2 Family semiprivate classes can be arranged individually, if more than 2 classes are missed, the students must attend the regularly scheduled make-ups.
